About this template
Onboarding is where agency work is won or lost. This form gathers what you need before the first post: the accounts you are managing, the package they signed up for, the sort of content they want and a few accounts they admire.
The last question is the useful one. Asking whose feeds a client likes tells you more about the tone they want than any brief.
