In Jotform, arithmetic is a widget you add to a form. In Embed Sheets the calculation is what the thing is for: a formula editor with financial, date and lookup functions, results that update as somebody types, charts and generated tables like amortisation schedules.

Most businesses already have their pricing in a spreadsheet that works. Embed Sheets can use that sheet as the calculation engine: a visitor’s answers are written into its input cells and the results read back, so your existing formulas run untouched and changing a price means editing the sheet. Every other builder here asks you to rebuild the logic in their own formula language first.
Breadth. Jotform does approvals, signatures, compliance features and a great deal else. If a calculator is one small part of a much larger form operation, staying where you are is the sensible call.
It can add numbers up and show a result. What it is not built for is the rest of what that calculator needs — a repayment formula, an amortisation table, a chart of the balance over time, all updating as somebody moves a slider.
Yes — a contact form here is just a calculator with no formulas in it. It is not as broad as Jotform on form handling, and does not try to be.
For calculators, this is, by a wide margin: $7 a month with unlimited submissions against $39 for 1,000. For a large form operation the comparison is not meaningful, because the products are doing different jobs.
