1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for subscription payments made within the first 7 days of purchase, provided no significant usage of the service has occurred. Requests made beyond this period or for extensively used services are not eligible for refunds.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via support@embedsheets.com with your order details, including the date of purchase and reason for requesting a refund. We will review the request and respond within 3-5 business days.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of that cycle.

4. Refund Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for renewals, upgrades, or additional services purchased after the initial 7-day period. We also do not offer refunds for any partial subscription period or for any non-usage of the service.

5. Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take longer for the refund to appear in your account.
