General FAQs

If your subscription is not renewed, the calculators and data tables you have created will continue to function normally. However, your account will be subject to the daily impression limits of the free plan, and Embed Sheets branding will be added to your calculators and data tables.

Yes, you can embed the calculators and data tables you create on any website. Simply copy the provided embed code from your account and paste it into platforms like Wix, Squarespace, Weebly, Shopify, WordPress, or any other CMS that supports HTML code embedding.

The embed codes will only work on your whitelisted domains. You can safely use them behind paywalls, as no one can copy and reuse your embed codes on unauthorized websites.

If you are on the "Agency Plan," you can whitelist multiple domains by paying an additional fee of $8 per domain, on top of the single-domain subscription cost.

Impressions are counted each time a data table loads on your website. For calculators, impressions are only counted when results are calculated, either by clicking the "Calculate" button or triggering a calculation through input changes.

Additionally, if you enable the auto-refresh option for data tables, each time the data is reloaded will also count as an impression. However, if you activate the cache booster option, auto-refreshes will no longer count towards your impressions, helping you save on impression limits.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. They will assist you with the changes to your subscription.

 
 

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
